Did you get a Habitual Traffic Offender Notice?

On Behalf of | Oct 25, 2013 | Criminal Law

Many people who get habitualized for 5 years do not do anything to fix the situation and either do not drive or get arrested for driving under the suspension.   There may be a way to fix it and remove the 5 year habitual suspension.   I have helped many drivers with this situation and have saved them from this HTO status.

There are many times where the person had a civil driving with a suspended license ticket they paid was got points as a result.   Depending on the situation the points can come off and the person can get their license back.

If you have received notice from the DHSMV that you are about to be habiliualized or HTO’ed or if you are already under this status call my office to see if it can be fixed.
