Philip D. Wayne

Associate Attorney
Orlando, Florida
Philip Wayne has aggressively defended members of the Central Florida community, and he prides himself on always being ready for trial. As an Assistant Public Defender in Orlando, he has gained significant trial experience, ranging from simple crimes to firstdegree felonies. Prior to that, he had experience on the other side as a Certified Legal Intern for the State Attorney’s Office in Tallahassee, where he also handled numerous trials. Philip Wayne has been honing his trial skills since law school, where he was an active member of the Florida State University College of Law Trial Team. He will always be ready to defend your rights in trial.
Philip Wayne also has extensive experience in getting cases resolved without the need for a trial. He has successfully negotiated several cases into Pre-Trial Diversion, Pre-Trial Intervention, Veteran’s Court, Drug Court, and Mental Health Court.
As a life-long resident of Florida, Philip Wayne is prepared to protect the rights of its citizens from over-reaching law enforcement agencies--whether that mean trial or plea negotiations. His goal is to obtain the best possible resolution for your case.
