UCF Student arrests

On Behalf of | Oct 9, 2013 | Criminal Law

If you are a student at UCF and you have been arrested for anything you can be subject to school discipline and criminal charges that you have to go to court for. Do not go to court alone, hire a criminal defense attorney to help assist you.

You want to make sure that you do not get convicted of any criminal charges since that will stay with you the rest of your life. A conviction will prevent you from future employment opportunities and other benefits. If you get convicted of a drug charge you are looking at a 2 year driver’s license revocation and you will lose any federal benefits for school, meaning any financial aid or other program you may be getting.

If you get a DUI there is a mandatory conviction on your record and you will lose your driver’s license and have to do probation and other classes.

It is important to contact a criminal defense attorney right away if you are arrested to see what your options are and what is the best way to ensure your record is not ruined forever.
