Stalking can be defined in many ways. In the state of Florida, stalking is "willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly following, harassing or cyberstalking" another. That sounds pretty straight forward, but there is more to it than that.
When you are charged with "stalking" it is usually because someone believes you have willfully and repeatedly harassed them. This doesn't only mean the old fashioned view of it either. We are long since past the days and nights of people being accused of parking a car outside a house. While there are two sides to every story, especially when it comes to a romantic couple, when you are accused of stalking it may feel like your voice isn't being heard.
