Just this weekend a man in Volusia County, FL, was charged with exposing himself to two young girls. Deputies say the two young girls, ages 12 and 13, were playing at a nearby property when they saw the 53-year-old man sitting on his porch, allegedly exposing himself to them. The man was arrested and charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition. He remains in the Volusia County Branch Jail on $20,000 bond.
You’d be surprised how often a charge like this one is just a huge misunderstanding. Could the girls have been playing a prank? Maybe the man was enemies with the parents of the girls?
