Racing on a highway

On Behalf of | Dec 6, 2013 | Criminal Law

Racing on a highway is a serious criminal charge that can carry severe penalties. If convicted of this charge there is a mandatory driver’s license suspension and the suspension doubles for subsequent offenses. There is also the possibility of the car that was used in the racing to be impounded and there is always the possibility of jail and or probation. Many times the goal in these cases is to get the prosecutor or Judge to change the charge to something else so that you do not lose your driver’s license. We defend these cases in Orange and Seminole County, Florida. For a free and confidential consultation call us today.
