Mr. Jackson was born in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada. He Attended McGill University in Montreal where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He then moved to the United States where he attended Western Michigan Cooley School of Law and obtained a Juris Doctor degree in 1991. He would later attend the University of Alabama where he graduated with a Master of Laws degree (L.L.M.) in Business Transactions. He became a United States citizen in 2001.

Blair has practiced Criminal Law in the Central Florida area for almost 29 years, both in State and Federal Court. He also handles Business litigation and transactional matters. He had the distinct honor of teaching classes at both the Crummer School of Business at Rollins College and Barry Law School. Blair is a published author of two law review articles and is a frequent speaker on various topics in law. He is also actively involved in different organizations in and around the Orlando area. His interests include listening to all types of music, reading fiction and nonfiction works and, on occasion, running and exercising.
